An air compressor is a machine that compresses gas into high-pressure gas. They use a screw to compress the gas and then store it in a pressure vessel. When the stored gas needs to be used, it can be released through pipes and used in a variety of applications.
An air compressor consists of five parts:efficient freeze dryer,high precision filter,high-efficiency permanemt magnet motor,twin screw host,gas tank.It uses high-efficiency refrigerated desiccant and 5-level high-efficiency precision filter, the pressure dew point is as low as 2-5℃, the gas oil content is as low as 0.001PPM, and the particle filtration accuracy reaches 0.01um, ensuring that pure, dry compressed air is obtained to protect the lens from being damaged pollute.The integrated air compressor combination design can meet the needs of various enterprises, save more space, and is more energy-saving and power-saving than general lubricating air compressors.
The standard voltage is 50Hz/60Hz 3 Phase 380V/220V, Other voltages can be customized.

High-efficiency permanent magnet motor drive features
1. The permanent magnet motor uses high-performance NdFeB permanent magnets, which do not lose magnetism at 120°C and have a service life of over 15 years.
2. The stator coil adopts corona-resistant enameled wire specially used for frequency converters, which has excellent insulation performance and longer service life.
3. It can realize a soft start. When running, the motor current will not exceed the full load current. At the same time, it greatly reduces the impact on the power grid equipment and will not cause damage to the electrical equipment.
4. No motor bearings: The rotor with permanent magnets is mounted directly on the extended shaft of the male rotor. This construction eliminates the need for bearings, thus eliminating the motor bearing failure point.
